The lying back stretch is a posture used in many health systems to relieve back pain.
Simply lay on your back with your knees at a 90 degree angle with your legs on a chair.
Check list to maximize pain relief:
1) Put the full weight of your legs on the chair so there is no pressure on your back.
2) Pick your head up and tuck your chin towards your chest to lengthen your spine.
3) Breathing through your nose (as much as possible) expand your low belly with each inhale and let in drop naturally with each exhale to with in about 70% of your total breath capacity.
The posture itself and the basic breathing from chi gong (restorative, age-reversing exercise from Chinese medicine)

activate the parasympathetic nervous system that creates relaxation that eases pain, stress, and tension and also promotes better immune, digestive, and sleep health for an improved healing rate of your body's tissues.
Use the follow-along video and practice twice per day and any time you feel pain or tension start to come on at work.
