Neuropathy

Pain meds decrease: I took my mom in to see "Dr Tim" for pain relief and to help reduce her dependency on opioid-based prescription meds. Post-radiation Opioid dependency: 2 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer and went through radiation therapy that exploded several arteries in my throat that were cauterized. I had difficulty speaking and swallowing with non-stop pain. That was "OK" with me- but being addicted to morphine was terrible! I never thought I'd be an addict; I became depressed and frequently considered suicide.. I decided to try acupuncture thinking it might help a little... Women's Health
I have a long history of menstrual problems including severe PMS, painful cramps, and heavy bleeding. I actually used to pass out from pain and blood loss during "that special week". I started seeing Tim for treatment and advice on how to have more comfortable periods. It turned out that Chinese medicine has lots of helpful guidelines on improving menstrual health. Through a customized combination of acupuncture, herbs and chi gong, I got relief from all the problems, including recurring fibroids. I went from copious bleeding (SuperPlus tampons to regular) and 10/10 pain to occasional 2/10 pain from cramps.
With the severity of uterine problems I had, it was unlikely that I could have children- but my condition improved steadily with treatment and I was able to have a 100% healthy pregnancy. I'm so relieved to enjoy good health and have a healthy baby with Chinese medicine!
Infertility
I had trouble conceiving and was getting IVF with no results. I read about the long history of acupuncture helping women get pregnant so I decided to try Chinese medicine. I got several weeks of acupuncture from Tim and he made a lifestyle suggestion for my partner that helped us get pregnant the same month. I have continued treatment to safely minimize nausea and other issues.
Menopause
I came to Tim a complete menopausal wreck- severe hot flashes and night sweats kept me up most nights... I was very stressed and agitated. Many of my friends had recommended Tim. Acupuncture immediately helped me relax and feel calmer, and the hot flashes, anxiety, and night sweats reduced with each treatment. Now I am able to maintain the benefits with exercises Tim taught me.
